What we collect through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address and message, along with your travel dates, number of adults and children, the room you are interested in and any promo code. We also note which page the enquiry came from. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use your details
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, check availability, send you a quote and a payment link if you decide to book, and look after your stay. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Analytics and cookies
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it. We use analytics loaded through Cloudflare to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us; these tools may set cookies or collect information such as your device type, browser and the pages you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
Who we share details with
Your enquiry is delivered to our reservations team by email through our email provider (Resend), and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service. We may also share details where the law requires it, for example guest registration at check-in.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any stay that follows, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting record-keeping duties. After that we delete them.
Your rights and how to contact us
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to reservations@zengardenvagamon.com or call +91 90745 57458, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
